The Windham NH Democratic Town Committee (a.k.a. the Windems) is dedicated to the knowledge that Windham is a beautiful, civic-minded, and historic town. We, the members of the Windems, are dedicated to strengthening the bonds of our community, increasing our visibility, engaging in community service, and building and supporting political capabilities to elect Democratic officials at every level. ​

Our current meeting schedule is the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm.  Dates may be rescheduled for holidays.

  • Who are the Windems?  ​The Windems are the Windham Democratic Town Committee. ​Any resident of Windham who is a registered Democrat is a member of the Windham Democratic Town Committee and can participate in the biennial Windem Caucus to elect officers.

  • You mean to tell me there are DEMOCRATS in Windham?  Oh yes there are!  The Windems seek to engage the community in discussion and to bring Democratic candidates to meet the voters here in town.
  
  • I'm not overly political, should I still go to meetings and get the newsletter?  Your best vote is an informed vote... attend, read the newsletter, and be informed!

  • I'm not even a registered Democrat, is that ok?  You will not be carded at the door or have to tell us who you will be voting for. All Windham voters who are Democrats, Democratically inclined, or just Democratically curious are welcome to attend. We try to be a resource for all Windham voters for State and National elections and issues.
